A Little Sussy wrote about this site, metremade, run by a design duo who posts their beautiful patterns for free downloading. I have been driving my husband crazy by changing my desktop background every few days. I can't decide which is my favorite. Some patterns I love but they don't necessarily work for a desktop - you can't see the icons. But they would be perfect for other projects.

Sticker Books
Another great magazine find: Moo Sticker Books. You get 90 color stickers in a book - you can choose 90 different shots or get all the same, or any combination you want. They also have online galleries of cute graphics and illustrations you can pick too. The covers come in six bright colors and there are 15 sheets of six, which tear out for sharing. All for only $10. I'm thinking wedding shots for thank you cards, or even cuter - new baby pics! Or dogs (for those people who love their dogs). Or dozens of stickers featuring the faces of my little monkeys. Maybe.

DwellStudio Collection for Baby
Oh Target - you make my heart sing. I love the designer collections Target features periodically. Christiane Lemieux is the designer of this line, filled with beautiful textiles and cool modern furniture. I love this pattern, Olivia. If only I had a little girl! Luckily Roland is a lot cheaper than a girl since I don't go "oooohhhh" every time I see clothes or bedding for him.

Love Me Some New TV
Thank goodness the writers strike is over! In my new tv watching persona as a constantly nursing mother, I was getting a little tired of Law & Order reruns and Design on a Dime episodes. Although I have discovered some new reality shows I really like. But one show I almost threw a party over having back was Men in Trees. Last weeks new episode wasn't as great as the build-up in my head, but good none-the-less. And I loved the show tonight!
I have always loved Anne Heche, despite her personal issues I think she is a great actress and really enjoyed the movie Six Days, Seven Nights. Also loved her in Everwood - which was an awesome show and I was so sad it only ran four seasons. I love her character, Marin - the city girl moved to the small Alaskan town of Elmo. I think she is so pretty and wish I had skin like that! I love her wardrobe and just found out ABC's website has a style guide.
I love the beautiful scenery. I love Marin's relationship with Jack. I love that Cash walks around with no shirt. I love that Eric and Sara are trying to practice abstinence. I love Marin's bike. I love that Jane and Sam got married. I love Jerome's mysterious past. I love all the quirky little characters and how they all genuinely seem to care for each other.
I know it's just a television show - but I'm so glad it's back!

Changing Kids is a Snap
I love this snap-on tee idea, from Mahar Drygoods. Especially since my son seems to change favorite interests or characters every few weeks. I am considering making my own version of this -but am too lazy so far. I'll blame it on the new baby but somebody remind me about this in four or five months.

Well Heeled for Spring
Here in Mesa, Arizona you can wear sandals about 95% of the time. And although I try to wear lace-up shoes as often as possible - most days I don a pair of my trusty flip-flops. So cracked and blacked heels can be a problem for me and I have tried many different products to remedy this. But in my experience, none can touch this Flexitol Heel Cream for effectiveness, if not glamour. Use some kind of foot file in the shower and smooth on this cream afterwards for spring and summer worthy feet you can be proud of. It contains 25% urea which apparently makes the difference. Again - this is no glamour product, it doesn't smell or look good, but your feet will!

Target Flats
I almost bought these flats at Target the other day. And I still may. They looked so much more sophisticated than the black sandals I wore in with my jeans and t-shirt. But I held off for now because they seemed a little narrow for me, and also - I have a hard time paying $30 for a pair of shoes from Target! Even though I have no problem paying that for shoes from Last Chance. But those shoes are usually high end brands. Oh wait - these Target flats are from Isaac Mizrahi. Maybe I'll go back tomorrow.
Also, what do you think of these Mossimo flats? I think I liked them but am a little unsure about the white. They also looked much fancier than the flip flops I usually sport.
